Yes, I missed thirty two, but never mind. The exhaustion of a busy couple of days had caught up with me, Sundays are lazy days anyway!

Another day of feeling dreadful, but managed to not let it hold me back to much and went for a lovely walk in the woods, collected loads of wood off cuts because they're logging and I even made a red velvet cake.. Can you believe it, even though I would of rather spent the day in bed again!

Nineteen

I didn't get out of bed like at all today! The one moment I did this little lady thought she would fan out across all of my pillows, cheeky madam!

Eighteen

It's difficult to feel inspired everyday, although I have been feeling quite creative lately with my baking and painting and all the fun stuffs! I thought I had forgotten to take a picture today but then I remember I made this delicious cake today, so there we go!

Seventeen

Thats 6ft of snow right there.. No, more like 0.6mm, but my hula girl was having fun right!

Been getting back into painting lately. I'm having fun, it's a nice stress reliever but that's not to say the stuff I'm painting is any good! Practise makes perfect.

Fifteen

Another snap at one of my jobs! Bit of a chilly grey day, so other than doing my job I've stayed indoors being cozy. Started doing a little sketching and painting.

I do love some of the views I get to see at my jobs, Ryan and I were admiring the big ol' green house/conservatory (whatever the hell it is) on the side of the blue house. I've walked past that lots of times but never really seen the size of it!

Thirteen, unlucky for some, I guess for me as I was so tired last night I couldn't gather the energy to drag myself out of bed and post my picture from yesterday.. But this is it, another portrait of my sweet Bertie!

Twelve

Didn't get a chance to take a picture today, so this was a quick snap before posting this! Had a nice productive day of cooking and cleaning, but then unfortunately finished on an argument with my mother. Never mind, seeing my lovely Josh tomorrow, so all is well!

Eleven

Today was lovely, went for a really long walk with the whole pack, they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Frolicking in the mud and water and then the sea as well, the weather was very bitter and I was absolutely freezing because the zipper on my coat has gone, but I wouldn't let that ruin my walk. A good opportunity to take some nice pictures, mainly of the doggos!!

Ten!!

My tenth day, late to post because I was at my friends, we were doing a puzzle, yes that is how we spend our Saturday nights, don't judge me! But I was pretty impressed with how quickly we managed to finish it! Fairly alright day, the kitchen is still off limits for decorating and I might lose my mind. But look at this gorgeous boy, I thought his eyes looked so beautiful, he has white gloss all over his ear and tail, because he is a nosey boy!

Nine

Another miserably dull day, but not to fear, we made the most lemony of lemon cakes ever and yes, that did take up the entirety of the whole day. This photo was the only moment I went outside, purely to take the picture, because I had been sitting in my friends all day staring into the skeleton of these trees.

Eight

Lovely day, started out going trekking in the wood with the dogs, got very wet and muddy but we all had a good time. Made homemade pizzas with Josh which was delicious, as always. All round good day.

Seven

Had a bit of a bad day, wasn't feeling well, both mentally and physically. So i decided to go and pay my best friend a visit. Her mum is an artist and the house sure does show it, I love her though, I see a lot of similarities to myself in her, plus she is a wonderful cook. Not the best quality photo, but once again I had left until after daylight had gone since this is what we are left with.

Six

Oh, the wonders I come across on my rooftop garden. We planted a pair of old shoes up but nothing really wanted to grow in them apart from a few blades of grass, took a peek at them today and found hundreds of little mushrooms all over them! It's a bit of a mess out there, need to get it all tidied up in the spring, plant some seeds up and get ready for some growing this summer. Quite a lot of my spring bulbs are popping up now, our single hyacinth that has got to be at least 8 years old and loads of daffodils. We try and grow fruit and veggies on the roof, but it is very exposed so we get a hell of a battering from the elements. Nonetheless we have grown tomatoes successfully for the past 3 years, have a varied herb garden, three trays of strawberries and a raspberry bush (which has yet to produce fruit since the first year we planted it.) I might try and grow more selection of things this year, beans are easy, I would love to grow my own pumpkins as well, gotta start them in the spring right? My mum did say I could use space in her garden, which would probably be easier than our roof garden! I do hope spring gets here soon, I'm sick of these dark dreary times.
Today has been another indoor productive day, sorting, organising, cooking and baking. Made a delicious rose and pistachio cake with a lemon drizzle, it's to die for! I love the contrast in colours between the green of the pistachio and deep pink of the rose petals, I honestly think it is my favourite cake!!

Five

Today was the only day that I actually went out of the house for an adventure, came across plenty of magical and bizarre things to take pictures of.. But I left my sodding camera at home! I did take a few pictures on my phone, but I don't think it's done them justice! Regardless I will post the pictures. We went on a little wonder around the charity and antique shops, found a little fish brooch that I'd love for my birthday. Bought a silly board game to play on games night and a really good standard deck of cards, 50p and already seasoned, bargain. I love the junk emporiums you can get lost in around my town, you never know what you might come across, if only I was a millionaire right? Because to be honest, I think quite a few of the shops were selling some right old toot and for a pretty penny, they must be delusional, either that or they think the toffs moving down from London are happy to pay crazy prices, which is probably very true. It's getting pretty trendy around my neck of the woods, which I do find funny, people used to be scared to walk around in my neighbourhood and now property is going through the roof and all these nice shops are popping up left right and centre. I shouldn't complain too much, but I'll never get on the property ladder at this rate, destined to live with my mother for the rest of my life, well at the very least hers. 
Naturally took a little gander into the cake shop to see what they had to offer, one flavour they had was rose and pistachio, which is one of my favourite cakes. I didn't buy it, I just thought 'I'll make that later this week' so I will, watch this space! 

Day Four

Another horrible day, we have someone coming to redecorate our kitchen tomorrow, be nice to finally have a fresh lick of paint on the walls. I tried hard to take a decent photo today but I feel like it is seriously hard work when it looks like night time outside in the middle of the day! Hopefully next week will bring us some better weather. So with the weather being so horrendous when I ran to the shop quickly to get some vegetable stock cubes, I ended up buying a puzzle, which will probably take the best part of next week to finish. Not so bad if the weather continues to be as bad as it has been this week! I don't write enough every day, I probably delete more than I end up posting. I should just waffle on, not proof read and then cry at how bad my spelling and grammar is... I don't get enough practise these days, which is another good reason why I wanted to post a daily photo. I need to try to aim to write a bit more, express some thoughts and feelings of the day, have a good old moan. General plans for next week are looking a bit loose, actually more than just a bit, I don't have a single thing written in my diary. But I'll probably end up spending lot of time with my friend who isn't working much either, we'll bake cakes, make food and eat until we pop! Oh yes, the healthy eating didn't go well today. The first thoughts I had when I woke up was 'I want to eat my body weight in chocolate' never mind, there is always tomorrow. I did make a delicious soup, packed with all sorts of goodies though, which will keeps us going for the next couple of days.

Three

Another dreary day inside, when the weather is bad it makes it challenging to take my photo. I kept forgetting whilst natural light was still available, so here we have it. I think I should try and go for a nice walk tomorrow, take my camera and the dogs with me and get some pictures of all the skeleton trees! But the day inside gave me a chance to tidy and finally dye my hair, so feeling nice and refreshed now. Although I'll shortly be eating a shed load of Chinese food, no other way to celebrate Chinese new year and I'm sure I won't feel so refreshed any more! Then commencing tomorrow, no more take away and bad food, simple clean living.

Day Two

Look at these two, so beautiful. It's a rare moment in the day that these two aren't racing around the house and play fighting. Today was a bit of grey day, I was thinking about heading out to take some photos. But after food shopping, energy levels had depleted! Just a nice cosy day inside with my ultimate comfort food chilli con carne. Oh, and I made a pecan pie, how on earth could I forget about that wondrous pie! I love pie, all pie, I have yet to find a pie I don't like. Creamy, zesty, chocolatey, nutty, salty, crunchy, gimme all the pie.

Numero Uno

This is going to be my first entry for a long time, a really long time! I stumbled across my blog page the other day and it was really nice to see some images that I no longer have. So I have decided to give the 365 day challenge another go! Sure I could upload it onto Facebook or Instagram, but I think this will be nicer. More hidden; secretive, just for me.

One of my 'resolutions' this year was to take at least one picture every day, which has been going very well, but I feel like I have been slacking off, some days I'll just take a selfie if I've left it too late. I have a beautiful dslr camera, that sits on my shelf and collects dust and I've had enough. So if I decided to post one image every day onto here perhaps that will give me more incentive to take a half decent image? Well I girl can dream.
